Guided Afternoon Meditation
Guided meditation gently leads you into a state of deep relaxation, calming the mind and easing the body. Through regular practice, meditation helps you manage stress, build emotional resilience, and remain centered—no matter what life brings. In today’s fast-paced world, it is a powerful tool for regaining focus, clarity, and control over your mind—and your life.
This session is guided by Khun Surin, a respected meditation teacher and Buddhist scholar with over 27 years of teaching experience in the United States. He is also an accomplished author, with six published books on Buddhism and meditation written specifically for Western audiences.
